▼ Optimizations & Adjustments

1. Event rankings now display alliance tags, and cross-State rankings now show each player's State.

2. The construction speed-up screen now shows how much alliance timer help you've received.

3. Added a "Quick Use" button to the resource usage screen.

4. Removed the "Intel" category from Wilderness searches.

5. Adjusted the number of alliance gifts you can claim at once with the "Claim All" button.

6. Adjusted the default number of uses for (Charged) Peace Flares.
