Greetings Survivors!
The State Warfare mode has been very popular, and the developers have been thinking about how to make the experience better for everyone. Recently, we tested out a feature that lets the States decide when a battle starts, and the players have provided a lot of suggestions on how to improve the mode. Thank you for all the feedback!
Based on the community feedback and some of the core issues pointed out by surveys, the developers have decided to overhaul the mode. We will test the new version on PTR in July, and launch it to some live States in August. Let Sarge tell you about the new changes!
- Warfare stage starting time:
Now determined by the leaders of the two opposing States.
- Cross-Server Capital Clash duration:
Now reduced to 1 hour, down from 8, to make the PvP stage shorter.
Now the side that earns the most points during that stage wins.
After Capital Clash becomes available, the 4 Fortified Facilities will also open up. The points earned from occupying the facilities are different than from occupying the Capital, so strategy becomes incredibly important.
The new Capital Clash requires Alliances of each State to formulate a plan first, and work together to win.
- Rewards adjustment:
Based on current rewards, the contents of the Points Ranking Rewards and Governor Packs have been improved to make them more valuable.
These features are still being tested, and we will share more about the changes and answer questions via the community. In the meantime, we will be collecting tester and community feedback to continually adjust the mode.
Thank you for your continued support. With your help, we are excited to make State Warfare more enjoyable for all!
Your State of Survival Team
